About Us.
Cheshire Coffee Company was founded by Tim Hook, director of Single Track Espresso Services. With over ten years experience as an espresso technician within the coffee industry, Tim moved to Chester and quickly saw a gap in the market. Alongside his commercial engineering business, Tim has created a dedicated space aimed at the home user.
The equipment we’ve chosen to display in our showroom, has been carefully curated to ensure we’re offering only well assembled, world leading commercial grade machines, tools and accessories that are intended to last a lifetime. Our experienced team are on hand to offer support, share knowledge and provide demonstrations, allowing you get a truly hands on experience before you buy.
All sales made through are showroom are backed up by comprehensive aftersales support, whereby our team will be on hand for anything you may need. From over the phone troubleshooting to yearly servicing - you name it, we’re here to help!
Meet The Team.
Tim
Originally from New Zealand; Tim started his engineering career at the infamous Ozone Bean Store in New Plymouth. In 2013, he moved to London to continue his journey with Ozone where he remained as head technician until 2018.
After spending a year back in NZ, Tim moved to Chester and started his own engineering business, Single Track Espresso Services. They specialise in sales, repairs, maintenance & PSSR of commercial coffee equipment covering the North West and more..
Nick
Nick has been part of the Cheshire Coffee team since the very beginning and having worked in various roles within the hospitality industry, he is now our Workshop Manager. With years of experience behind the machine, Nick has been able to build on and further his knowledge across both commercial and domestic equipment.
You’ll find him getting stuck into machine in our workshop and running our coffee bar, as well as out on the road attending to service calls and installs.
Sam
Sam officially joined the business in September after being on mat leave with our Son for a year! As operations manager, she covers everything from booking in jobs and accounts, to running our social media and website.
With a background in procurement and sales, Sam’s long term focus is based around sourcing new opportunities and growing the business.
Winnie
Cheshire Coffee’s mascot Winnie, can be found chilling on her bed or hoovering the showroom floor for treats & crumbs! She’s a super friendly girl, so feel free to say hello!
